1Who we are
Les Experts AI is the brand of a group of affiliated entities. We're a B2B team that designs, builds, deploys, and maintains practical AI and automation systems inside our clients' businesses. The entity responsible for your personal information depends on where you are:

2What information we collect
We collect two very different kinds of information, and we keep them separate.
2.1 Website visitors
When you visit this site or book a call, we handle a small amount of data:
- Server logs — our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which records standard request data (including your IP address) to serve pages and keep the site secure.
- Booking details — when you schedule a call through Cal.com, we receive the name, email, and scheduling details you provide so we can meet you.
- Aggregate analytics — we use Plausible to count visits. It's privacy-friendly and cookieless: it sets no cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and doesn't store your IP address.
We don't run web forms on this site — today the only way to contact us is by email, which means we receive whatever you choose to put in your message.
2.2 Clients
When we build AI systems for a client, we process the business data that client gives us access to — for example documents, files, and records used for retrieval (RAG), text extracted from legacy, PDF, or EDI sources via OCR, and data inside ERPs and other systems we integrate with. This data belongs to the client; we process it on their instructions to build, run, and improve the systems we deliver.
3How we use information
We use the information above to: respond to your enquiries and schedule calls; operate, secure, and improve this website; deliver, run, and maintain the AI and automation systems we build for clients; handle billing; and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
3.1 Lawful bases (EU / UK)
If you're in the EU or UK, we rely on these lawful bases under Article 6 of the GDPR / UK GDPR:
- Consent — where you've actively asked us to do something, such as booking a call.
- Contract — where processing is needed to provide services to you or your organisation.
- Legitimate interests — to keep our site secure, understand aggregate usage, and run our business, balanced against your rights.
4AI providers & sub-processors
We're provider-agnostic: we pick the model and tools that fit each client's needs, and we swap providers when a different one serves the job better. The table below lists the third parties we may rely on.
| Provider | Purpose | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | AI models for client systems. | US |
| OpenAI | AI models for client systems. | US |
| AI models for client systems. | US | |
| Mistral | AI models for client systems. | EU |
| Meta | AI models for client systems. | US |
| AWS Bedrock | Hosted AI models for client systems. | US / regional |
| Microsoft Azure | Hosted AI models for client systems. | US / regional |
| n8n | Automation and workflow orchestration. | EU / self-hosted |
| Make | Automation and workflow orchestration. | EU |
| Zapier | Automation and workflow orchestration. | US |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and server logs. | Global edge |
| Cal.com | Call booking and scheduling. | US / EU |
| Plausible | Cookieless, aggregate website analytics.no cookies, no personal data, IP not stored | EU |
Which model providers we use on a given project depends on the client's needs, and may change over the life of the work.
5International data transfers
We operate across Canada, Algeria, and the US, and the providers above are in several countries — so information may be processed outside your own.
For transfers of personal data out of the EU or UK — including to the US and Canada — we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent UK mechanisms.
6Your privacy rights
If you're a California resident, the CCPA / CPRA gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — and we commit not to sell your personal information.
- Non-discrimination — we won't treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR gives you the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure of your data in certain circumstances.
- Restriction of how we process it.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Object to certain processing, including that based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
- Complain to a supervisory authority in your country.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
If you're in Québec, Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA give you the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate information.
- Withdraw consent to our use of your information.
- Portability — receive your information in a structured, commonly used format.
- Be informed when a decision about you is based solely on automated processing.
Our person responsible for the protection of personal information can be reached at [email protected]. You can also email [email protected].
Wherever you are in the MENA region or Africa, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Withdraw consent to our use of your information.
We honour these requests subject to the applicable local data-protection law. To exercise any of them, email [email protected] or [email protected].
7Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy — to answer you, run the site, deliver and support client work, and meet legal and accounting obligations — and then we delete or anonymise it. Client business data is retained under the terms of our agreement with that client, and returned or deleted when the engagement ends.
8Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information — including access controls, encryption in transit, and working only with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously and limit access to those who need it.
9Children
Our service is strictly business-to-business and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page, which is the authoritative version. For significant changes we'll take reasonable steps to let affected clients know. The current version always lives here.
